Join our Visiting Scholar Professor Hugh Lauder, Director of the Institute for Policy Research at Bath University, for a seminar on the fundamental tensions between education and the economy.
As Human Captial Theory (ones ability to perform a job in order to produce economic value) increasingly comes under demise, Professor Lauder will explore what this means for the education-economic relationship.
This lecture is hosted by the Institute of Education at Massey University and The Policy Observatory at Auckland University of Technology.
