Looking for ways to manage your stress and enjoy life more? Maybe you’d like to try mindfulness, a great approach for building resilience for the year ahead!
Jane Terrell from the Centre for Teaching & Learning and Theresa Martinovich from Health & Counselling have teamed up to offer you this FREE short course of Mindfulness Training, developed at Duke University in the USA. Jane and Theresa are keen to pass on the Koru approach, which they find very useful personally as well as professionally.
Although this practical, interactive course was developed for university students who are emerging adults, many Massey University staff and mature students have already participated in the Koru course. Typical comments include:
