The Sleep/Wake Research Centre, Wellington Campus, offers non-drug treatment for people with sleep problems.

Their next group programme for people with insomnia starts on Wednesday, 11 October, here on campus.

There are six sessions running from 6pm to 7:30pm over the course of seven weeks.
