Massey's Chemical and Food Engineering Day is a great opportunity to learn about what chemical engineers and food engineers do. You will get hands-on experience working in our labs and use some of our equipment in the Food Pilot Plant. This is a free event during the school holidays for Year 11-13 high school students. It would suit students studying maths and science who are interested to learn where these subjects could take them. You will get to: Learn about how we make cheese, the different properties it has and how we make stretchy mozzarella Whip up your own custom designed moisturiser Enter the Food Pilot plant and use the equipment to make ice cream Meet staff and students who can answer any questions you have To register visit: http://www.massey.ac.nz/chemfoodday/
