You are new to tutoring or learning support at Massey. What is the point of tutorials or workshops, how do you know what to cover, and how can you plan to engage students? And what about marking? Find out in this practical workshop introducing you to Massey’s expectations and support for tutoring, or providing learning support, for groups of around 20 students.

Please note: there is a separate workshop for those new to lecturing at Massey.

Areas covered will include:

*Planning and facilitating interactive tutorials or workshops

*Massey and NCTL support for tutors/providers of learning support

*Applying key principles of learning theory to your tutoring/learning support
