1.The Anexa FVC Study Grant will be open to students who are commencing their fourth year of study in Veterinary Science and are normally resident in New Zealand.
2.The successful recipients will be required to see practice with Anexa Animal Health for one week in the spring of their fourth year and for another week in their 5th year.
These two weeks are over and above the week of Externship that they may spend with Anexa FVC.
3.The Study Grant of $6000 will be shared between two students, and will be paid out over two years.
The funds will be paid to each student as follows:
YEAR 1 - $1000 paid shortly after the date of selection
- $500 paid at the end of the week seeing spring practice
YEAR 2 - $1000 paid on 1st March
- $500 paid at the end of the week seeing practice
Receipt of the second year of the award is dependent on the students passing the fourth year of the course.
4.Preference will be given to students who are interested in general practice with an emphasis on large animal production medicine.
5.Applications should include a covering letter, curriculum vitae, contact addresses and at least two referees.

A number of applicants will be selected to attend an interview and will be notified by late April.
