Dr Marilize Richter PhD, MSc, BSc

Lecturer - Human Nutrition and Dietetics

School of Sport, Exercise and Nutrition

Marilize is a registered Dietitian in both New Zealand and South Africa. She has a BSc and a Master of Science in Dietetics and experience ranging from private practice, clinical dietetics, public health nutrition and academics. She did her PhD on fatty acids and cardiovascular disease risk factors and has published internationally in this area. ​
