The completion of four years of study, a bachelors degree such as the BAcc or BBS majoring in Accountancy (including a specified set of papers) qualifies a graduate for admission as a provisional member to the College of Chartered Accountants. The Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand recognizes the Bachelor of Aviation (Air Transport Pilot) programme as equivalent to approved written examinations relating to Private Pilot Licence, Commercial Pilot Licence, Airline Transport Pilot Licence, and Instrument Rating. Under the equivalence approval, CAANZ also accepts the satisfactory demonstration to a flight examiner, of knowledge and ability in accordance with each flight test listed and prescribed in the curriculum for the Bachelor of Aviation (Air Transport Pilot) programme, as an alternative method of compliance with the Civil Aviation Rules relating to the Commercial Pilot Licence Flight test and Instrument Rating flight test.
The Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand establishes civil aviation safety and security standards, and monitors adherence to those standards. The sections of the Bachelor of Aviation (Air Transport Pilot) programme that relate to CAANZ requirements are certified to ISO 9001:2008 standard. This ISO certification relates to the design, development and implementation of academic and technical courses in aviation, for flight crew, airways and management systems sections of the industry.
Our BBS with a Finance major is recognised by the CFA Institute, through its Program Partner endorsement, as closely tied to professional practice and well-suited to preparing candidates to sit the CFA examinations. CFA Institute has endorsed fewer than 110 business schools worldwide as Program Partners.

A BBS with major in Valuation and Property Management, a BAgriCommerce, or a Graduate Diploma in Business endorsed in Urban Valuation or Rural Valuation are each approved by the Valuers Registration Board (VRB) as meeting the requirements for a recognised certificate under Section 19 of the Valuers Act 1948.

A BBS with major in Valuation and Property Management, a BAgriCommerce, or a Graduate Diploma in Business endorsed in Property Management, Urban Valuation or Rural Valuation are each recognised by the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) as a qualification for entry to Member status.

A BBS with major in Valuation and Property Management is recognised by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) and is listed in the Real Estate Agents (Licensing) Regulations 2009 as a qualification that entitles a person to be licensed as a salesperson, a branch manager or an agent.
