Personal Experience/Information:

From 1992 September to 2003 August, I worked in a middle school in Kunming as an English teacher, China. From 2003 September to 2012 July, I worked at the School of Foreign Languages in Yunnan University of Nationalities in Kunming as an English teacher as well, China. During 2008, I had the opportunity to study at the University of Canterbury as a visiting scholar, New Zealand. I met many people from different cultures, thus I became interested in cross-cultural communication.
