Intended Participants, Content and Aims

We welcome practitioners, academics and postgraduate students working on topics directly in, or related to, organisational/work psychology and organisational behaviour. We would like this event to be inclusive.

The aim of the conference is for organisational / work psychology and organisational behaviour researchers and practitioners to get together and discuss their research. More specifically, the aims of this conference are to:

  • Better understand what research other organisational psychology and organisational behaviour researchers / practitioners are conducting;
  • Develop a stronger community of organisational psychology and organisational behaviour researchers / practitioners.

A range of papers will be accepted that fit under the term “research”, including but not limited to: conceptual papers, empirical studies, work-in-progress and “how to” talks and interesting cases.  Depending on submission quantity and quality, a poster track will also be included.
