Stephen commenced at Massey University in January 2016 as Professor of Strategy and Enterprise and Head of the School of Management. Previously, he was Academic Director and subsequently Managing Director of M2 Academy, Singapore, from 2013 to 2015 and prior to that Head of School and subsequently Dean of the Southern Cross Business School in Australia between 2006 to 2013. He initially joined academia from the building materials and construction sector in 1998. Stephen has published over 70 refereed articles, secured in excess of $1M in grant, project and research funding, and maintained a research focus on marketing and enterprise development.
