I am a Lecturer in the School of Management at Albany campus. I earned a PhD in Management from Massey University. My current research interests include the internatioalization strategies of emerging economy firms, corporate governance and innovation, and foreign direct investment in and out of emerging economies.

This project examines how Chinese firms have behaved in their outward foreign investment in New Zealand and explores to what extent they present a challenge to the existing established theoretical models of multinational firms' internationalization.
