Staff with expertise in all aspects of the food industry are available for consultation. Many of our staff have worked for some of New Zealand’s biggest food companies. In combination with their up-to-date knowledge of international trends, this makes our staff highly competent in working alongside our industry colleagues to provide cost-effective solutions.
Consultation may involve solving current problems, assisting in new product development, or providing short courses for staff. This consultation service has the support of a team of scientists and technicians with modern laboratories and pilot plant.
