Tatua have an on-going arrangement with us for day-to-day advice on issues relating to the microbiological quality of dairy products. Most of these consultancies involve meetings or short discussions by email or phone. We are paid an hourly rate to provide this service.
Fonterra consult on a regular basis. Members of the Fonterra Research Centre and various manufacturing sites contact us for brief advice over the phone and occaisionally this extends to more detailed on site investigations. Fonterra have supported many of our PhD projects.
