Responsible for implementing Riddet Innovation projects, the Food Innovation team has a reputation for efficient, timely, outcome focused project management. Collectively the team members bring extensive food industry experience to their roles and a deep understanding of the food business.

Before joining Massey Food in 2016, Kirsty was Research & Development Manager for Glanbia, Ireland’s largest food company. She previously spent more than 18 years at the world’s largest dairy processor, Fonterra, where she was involved in the development and commercialisation of several protein products. Kirsty has also worked for Nestle, the world’s largest food company, as a project manager for their dairy portfolio.
