I am the Senior Tutor on the Albany campus for Human Bioscience papers in the College of Health (214.201 and 214.202). In addition to having a PhD in Nutritional Sciences, I am also a New Zealand registered Pharmacist. My research interests include the inter-relationship between nutrition and health outcomes, with particular interests in infant nutrition, cardiovascular disease, metabolic health and diet-gene interactions.
