Dr Andrew Foskett PhD, MSc (dist), PGCE, BA (hons)

Head of School

School of Sport, Exercise and Nutrition

Dr Foskett is the Major Leader for the BSc Exercise and Sports Science degree on the Albany campus. He has been lecturing at Massey University since 2004, prior to this he was at Loughborough University, England.

Dr Foskett has a keen interest in high performance sport from physiological, nutritional and strength and conditioning perspectives and his lectures and research encompass these interests.

Dr Foskett is also a keen practitioner and participated in the Beijing Olympics (2008) and three age-group FIFA World Cups (2009, 2011 and 2013) in his role as an applied sports scientist.
