    Naseem is Dean (Postgraduate) and Senior Lecturer at Massey University and Adjunct Professor at University of Science Malaysia. He leads the Master of Construction with specialisations in Construction Project Management and Construction Law.

    Naseem is a multidisciplinary construction professional with 30 years industry and academic experience. He is Past President of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, Vice-Chair of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors Auckland Branch, and Councillor of the New Zealand Society of Construction Law.

    Naseem drafted the first construction contract in the world (STCC-RSP 2015) to attain the Plain Language Commission UK’s Clear English Standard accreditation.

    Dr. Temitope is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Engineering and Advanced Technology (SEAT) at Massey University. Her research interests include Construction Project Performance, Disaster Resilience, Prefabrication and Affordable Housing, as well as Smart Construction and Informatics. Dr. Temitope is a prolific researcher, having led several funded research projects and has published widely in top international refereed journals. She has been active in several local and international research groups such as QuakeCore, National Science Challenges (NSC), Integrated Research on Disaster Risk (IRDR), and the International Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Construction (CIB).

    I am a doctor in Civil Engineering investigating human behaviour in Disasters using Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality tools. I teach BIM related courses and Statistics
    I have published more than 15 journal papers and 25 conference papers on Pedestrian and Evacuation Modelling, Evacuee Decision-Making, Serious Games and MRI analysis. I am a member of the Editorial Board of Safety Science and Fire Technology. I am also a reviewer for more than 25 International Journals in different fields.
