Dr Alex Grinberg

Senior Lecturer in Microbiology and Public Health

Institute of Vet, Animal and Biomedical Sciences

Expertise in diagnostic bacteriology and molecular epidemiology of infectious agents. Significant  areas of research include Cryptosporidium and cryptosporidiosis, Staphylococcus aureus and antimicrobial drug resistance. I teach Bacterial Diseases and co-ordinate the Research Spine paper in the BVSc curriculum. Currently, I supervise two Master and two PhD students.
