Why Massey?

Massey University's veterinary science programme has been ranked fourth in the world by employers and twenty-fifth overall in the latest subject rankings for universities from the international agency Quacquarelli Symonds (QS). Reputation with employers is one of four categories in which universities' subjects are ranked to provide an overall ranking. The others are reputation among academics, citations in academics' papers and collective publications.

Veterinarians from all over the globe undertake distance study with the MVM programme.

Massey has over 50 years of experience in distance learning and a worldwide online learning community of veterinarians who will encourage your learning and give you feedback.

The MVM programme is internationally-accredited, with the Australasian Veterinary Board Council (AVBC), the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), and the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) giving recognition to postgraduate training at Massey.

Our lecturers are all highly skilled professionals representing multiple fields in veterinary medicine, and you will find their expertise invaluable over the course of your studies.
