Veterinary Science Application

From 2011 students will be applying using an online application process. Before you go into the online application you will need to have:
  1. STAT F test - scheduled for Thursday 21st June 2012 (PM)
For students on one of the Massey University Campuses you can pay the $60 STAT test fee at the Cashier’s Office.  You will be given a receipt which you need to scan and attach into the online application.

The STAT F test venue for both Albany and Palmerston North campuses will be detailed in the online application and all students who have applied to sit the STAT F test will be emailed a reminder prior to the start of the Semester One examination period.

If you have already sat the STAT F test within the last five years then you are able to use that result. If you decide to sit the STAT F test again, then we will use the new score, not the highest score.

  2. Ten days veterinary practical work letter

It is expected that you have completed the ten days of veterinary practical work experience and received a letter stating your name and the dates you were in attendance. The work experience has to be completed no longer than two years prior to applying.

If this is your first application then you will need to scan and attach the document to the online application.

If you have previously applied for selection in the last two years, you will not need to attach a copy of the document of your application as we will already have your letter on file from previous years.

  3. Special Consideration/Treaty of Waitangi applications

If you are applying for Special Consideration or under the Treaty of Waitangi then your supporting letter, CV and references can be attached to the application.

Please note: there is no way to save and continue the application at a later date. Ensure you have all the necessary information and attachments by reading through the application before you begin.
