Welcome to the Institute of Food, Nutrition and Human Health
In IFNHH we have in one large university department, teacher-researchers dedicated to food science and technology, to human and animal nutrition, to physiology and health along with agribusiness, logistics, supply and value chain management and lifecycle management. We have people devoted to the science, to the engineering and to the business. Jointly we focus on human wellness.
We are a dynamic group working in a multidisciplinary area which is rapidly expanding all over the world. We link very closely with industry and other research institutes. Our 100 PhD students, our 120 other post-graduate and 750 undergraduate students all share the excitement of working at the nexus of food, nutrition and at the junction of science, society and business.
