Call for Papers:
The School of Accountancy (SoA) at Massey University, Palmerston North and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants would like to invite you to the Sixth New Zealand Management Accounting (NZMA) Conference to be held on Thursday, 22nd November, and Friday, 23rd November 2012 in Palmerston North, New Zealand.

The NZMA conference aims to bring together management accounting educators, researchers and practitioners from both the private and public sectors to share their perspectives and experiences of the many theoretical and practical applications in this very significant discipline area. The format of the NZMA conference will include plenary presentations and concurrent presentations.

Papers are invited on a wide range of management accounting issues, including performance management, costing systems and cost allocation; risk management; e-commerce and impact, accounting education,  behavioural issues, ethical issues, sustainability, methodological frameworks and methods  and in any other area related to management accounting praxis. A key objective of the conference is to encourage knowledge transfer among management accounting academics and between academia and practitioners. We, therefore, encourage papers from practitioners that involve collaborative research as well as studies of management accounting in practice.
