"Through my study at Massey I acquired a diverse and versatile range of skills that I have been able to apply in not only in being an artist but also in my postgraduate study and for my work in the gallery sector. Massey#8217;s distinct focus upon contemporary theory and art practices gave me an edge in my postgraduate study.
Studying at Massey was a challenging and greatly rewarding experience. The lecturers did well to foster students particular interests while at the same time provided positive, honest and challenging feedback and critique. I found the lectures to be professional, courteous, inspiring and willing to share a wealth of knowledge and experience with students.
Above all, my study at Massey has equipped me with invaluable skills and knowledge that has enabled me to establish the beginning of my career as both an artist and a curator."

One of the most important things that I feel I have got out of studying Fine Arts at Massey is the relationships that I have formed as a result. Being surrounded by professional artists meant that I was able to form strong professional ties and lasting friendships with a number of artists and arts professionals working across New Zealand's contemporary art scene."
