Research Interests

Dr Allen is a research officer and post doctoral researcher with the Health and Ageing Research Team and is based in the School of Psychology. She has worked on longitudinal cohort studies of ageing in New Zealand and overseas and leads a program of research utilising linked data from surveys and national health records to identify factors leading to good health and wellbeing outcomes for older adults.
