Physical education

One part of the School's Physical Education research agenda is at the nexus of Sport and education, and the transfer of success in one realm into the other. Using a 'Games for Understanding' approach to learning sporting and other skills complements this topic of research. Staff also have research interests in Māori academic achievement, in particular through the medium of formal Physical Education and Sport(s) programmes.
