Changing your address, contact and personal details
It is essential that you let us know of any changes to your address, email address and other contact details whilst you are studying.
How to change your address and contact details
You can update your address and other contact details online by:
- logging into MyMassey using your student ID and PIN and then clicking the Contact details link.
- logging into MyEnrolment using your student ID and PIN and amending your details on the Contact details page.
Forgotten your PIN? Request your PIN online or contact us.
How to change your personal details
You can also amend your personal details such as your name, ethnicity, disability status, exam assistance requirements and other details online by:
- logging into MyMassey and clicking on the Personal details link.
- logging into MyEnrolment and amending your details on the Additional details page. (Except for name changes, which can only be done via MyMassey.)
