Changing your examination venue for Distance Learning and Block papers
Advise the Examinations Office as soon as possible.You may be charged a Late Venue Change fee if you request a venue change less than 3 weeks before the examination period begins.
Please include your ID number and your old and new venue on all requests for a change of exam venue.
You may change your exam venue by:
- Using our online enrolment system
- Emailing the details to exams@massey.ac.nz
- Freephone 0800 MASSEY (0800 627 739)
Please note that if you advise the University of a change to your address this does not automatically change your examination venue. If you wish your examination venue changed - you must initiate the change.
Do not assume that your exams will be at the same address location. Please ensure that you check the address location of your examination venue prior to sitting your examination/s
Note : Paper Co-ordinators, Teaching Departments, the Enrolment Office and other administrators cannot change your examination venue. This can only be actioned by the Examinations Office. Massey Contact may change your exam venue up until the cut-off date as listed on our key dates page.
Internal examinations
Students enrolled in internal paper/s must sit their examination(s) at the campus of their enrolment. It is not possible to change examination venue for internal papers.
