How do I login to Stream?
If you are a student use your 8 digit ID. If you experience problems logging into Stream, including not knowing your ID and PIN number, please contact 0800 MASSEY.
If you are a staff member then your massey username and password will get you in.
Can I access Stream through MyMassey?
Yes. To access Stream from MyMassey:
- Go to the Massey homepage and login to MyMassey.
- Click on the Access Stream blue tile or select Access Stream course under MyMassey Study.
How do I change my email address in Stream?
At enrolment you would have given us your email address, which is then loaded into your Stream profile.
To change your email address:
- Go to the Massey homepage and login to MyMassey.
- Select MyMassey Account from the MyMassey menu.
- Select "Set email forward" from the MyMassey Account menu.
- Type in your new email address and click set email format.
How can I change my PIN?
You previously had the ability to change your PIN in Stream. You can now do this in MyMassey.
To change your PIN:
- Go to the Massey homepage and login to MyMassey.
- Select MyMassey Account from the MyMassey menu.
- Select "Change PIN" from the MyMassey Account menu.
