Non-sampling aspects of sample surveys, bias, design of stratified and clustered samples, analysis of survey data, and design effects for complex surveys. Principles of experimental design and analysis of variance, including randomisation, blocking, structured treatments, fixed and random effects, and crossed and nested effects.
Note(s): Access to a computer and approved statistics package is required for analysis of data.
