The course covers a variety of theoretical frameworks which are used in working with children and families. An in-depth case study approach will be used to develop students' skills in working with children and families. The course is designed to build on the students prior knowledge of developmental and abnormal psychology.
Note(s): This course has a restricted number of places available. If you have not been approved for progression to the clinical programme, your admission to this course cannot be guaranteed. Final selection for places will be determined by the School of Psychology in mid January.
Note: You may enrol in a postgraduate course (that is a 700-, 800- or 900-level course) if you meet the prerequisites for that course and have been admitted to a qualification which lists the course in its schedule.
