The Agilent Bioanalyzer is a microfluidic-based electrophoresis platform for the quality and quantification analysis of RNA, DNA and protein. It is designed to deliver high quality digital data from very small amounts of sample.

The Massey Genome Service (MGS) is now offering our Bioanalyzer service for the quality and quantification assessment of total RNA and mRNA. It is a very valuable tool for assessing the quality of your RNA samples before proceeding with expensive Next Generation sequencing, Microarray and Gene Expression experiments.

The service will be trialled for a three month period, to assess the uptake of the service, and at that point pricing will be reviewed.

The Bioanalyzer Services offered by the MGS are listed in the table below:

The guaranteed turnaround time from the MGS receiving your samples to the customer receiving the results is a maximum of 2 weeks (10 working days). If urgent processing of samples is required, please contact Lorraine Berry for pricing
