Review articles are also called literature reviews. They provide an overview of the research on a topic.
Good databases for review articles are:
Discover (add review as a keyword)
Google Scholar (add review as a keyword)
Scopus (limit results to Document Type - Review)
Web of Science (limit results to Document Type - Review)

Be careful: limiting to "reviews" in some databases (e.g. Discover) will give you book reviews rather than review articles (peer-reviewed is not the same thing).
If you don't know which databases are good ones to search for your topic, see How do I find article databases on my topic?
