Login Help

To access the Library's electronic resources, you must enter a valid Massey University Username and Password.

Students

Username

Your Username is your Massey University student ID number. If your ID number has fewer than 8 digits, make it up to 8 digits by adding zeros in front of the ID number.

Password

Your Password is your 4-digit Massey University PIN.

If you don’t know your PIN or you can’t log in using your PIN, please contact us, and be ready to supply the following information:

• Student ID number
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Current address

New Zealand School of Music Students

Username

Your username is your sm number (sm followed by 6 digits), which is given to you by the New Zealand School of Music.

Password

Your initial password is also given to you by the New Zealand School of Music. Before you attempt to log in to the Massey network using your sm number, please obtain instructions from the New Zealand School of Music on how to change your initial password.

Staff

Please use your Massey network Username (usually your first initial and up to 7 letters of your surname) and Password. If you are unsure of your network Username and Password, please contact the Information Technology Services Help Desk.
