Biographical Profile:I have been employed in various administrative roles since finishing school at PNGHS in 1987. In 1993 I decided to undertake some study and in 1997 I graduated from Massey with a BBS (Management) degree. I worked in the Enrolments section at Waikato University for two years and then spent the next part of my career in call centres. I became a certified National Call Centre Certificate Workplace Assessor and in addition to my full-time work as Call Centre Team Manager in Wellington undertook contract work carrying out Certificate assessments until I relocated to my hometown, Palmerston North to start a family. I started at NSATS at Massey in 2005 six months after my daughter was born, and in May 2006 joined the Graduate Research School as a Doctoral Administrator. |
