Handbook for Doctoral Study:
This handbook provides comprehensive information about the administration of the Doctoral programme. It outlines policy and guidelines for different aspects of doctoral candidature and provides advice about doctoral study. All students are strongly advised to read this booklet before embarking on study, and new supervisors to Massey should also familiarise themselves with the content. As it covers information about all the Doctoral programmes from enrolment to examination, Doctoral candidates and supervisors are advised to regularly refer to the booklet for information.

Doctoral Examination Handbook:
This handbook provides answers to some frequently asked questions together with details of the doctoral examination process at Massey University and the role of the different participants in that process. It also considers the key roles played by the doctoral examination committee.

Postgraduate Guidebook:
The University recognised the need for a generic handbook on postgraduate study and the AVCA, Chair of the DRC, Quality Manager and MUSA Graduate Students Officer, in consultation with a number of other staff and students, put together a guidebook in 2001 for students who were completing, or intending to complete a research qualification.
