Venue Set Up
Furniture. The Auditorium does not have tables within the venue- these must be requested at the time of the booking and delivery will be arranged if available. There are 200 chairs for downstairs and 50 fixed at the balcony. Please note if tables are requested these are to be set up by the organiser/s. The auditorium also contains a stage, which must remain in place. Audio Visual -A data projector is fixed with access via a laptop (not provided) at the front wall. -Two lapel mics, two wired, handheld with stands and two handheld wireless microphones with stands are available. Assistance with any of this equipment is via Mike Hughes. All arrangements MUST be made well in advance of the event. Contact m.j.hughes@inspire.net.nz
