ITS manages the Massey communications service, which includes audio and visual communication, email and the Massey telephone service.
ITS is responsible for the design, provisioning and integration of all interactive technologies in all ITS supported spaces at Massey University.
ITS provides an electronic mail service for staff and students which is effective, reliable, and cohesive, in order to enable high-quality electronic communication across the University community.
ITS manages the Massey telecommunications network, services and equipment. This includes the Lync phone system and the support and provisioning of Massey owned mobile phones.
