Configure Massey Email

For users that have been migrated to Office 365, instructions to configure Massey email on an iPad can be found in the brochure Reconnecting your Massey email account on your iPhone or iPad.

  • Tap Settings, then Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  • Tap Add Account


  • Tap Exchange
  • Enter your Massey Email address and password
  • Add a Description to help you quickly and easily identify the account e.g. Massey Exchange Email
  • Tap Next
  • Enter your Email address again and specify the settings below
    • Server: exchange.massey.ac.nz
    • Domain: MASSEY
    • Username: Your Massey usercode
    • Password: Your Massey usercode password
    • Description: Add a Description to help you quickly and easily identify the account e.g. Massey Exchange Email

  • Tap Next
  • Tap Save to sync Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminder and Notes

  • Your Massey iPad is now configured and will start synchronising with the Exchange Email server i.e. downloading your email. This may take a few minutes
