The ITS Interactive Technologies team will be in touch to assist with planning, guidelines, design, provisioning and integration of audio visual, video conferencing, multimedia, collaborative technology and digital signage equipment & services in all ITS supported rooms and consultancy for all Massey University spaces.
The rolling 10 year AV Refresh Plan is maintained on the Massey Intranet on SharePoint on the ITS Interactive Technologies team site. Please login with your usual Massey user code and password, select the link to the Interactive Technologies Team Work Plan, select AV Refresh as the funding source and filter on site, room or other fields as required.
Providing a Rough Order of Cost (ROC) for integrated, interactive technology services is notoriously variable given that the equipment comes from overseas, visual and sound quality and cost is highly dependent on the space being provisioned, the underlying building, electrical, network and audio visual infrastructure, the room capacity and layout, how the different users of the rooms which it user the space and factors. Googling a item of video conferencing or any other interactive technology equipment will at best only let you know the cost of that piece of equipment. We prefer that you contact the ITS Interactive Technologies team who will be able to assess your requirements and find the best, possible solution within your budget, time or quality constraints.
