Identification Cards (ID cards)

Massey University offers a range of cards specific to an individual’s role in our community as detailed below.

Massey ID cards provide identification on campus and once services such as library and network access are approved and activated, the production of the ID card will enable the user to borrow books from the library and use network facilities including photocopiers and printers.

Permanent and fixed-term Massey staff are able to use the free bus service in Palmerston North. These cards can also be used as identification to businesses who offer discounts to Massey staff. Further information on products and services offered at discounted rates to staff can be found in our additional benefits section.

Please identify which card is appropriate from the list below:

Each of the ID Card application forms below is an interactive PDF Form and requires a PDF reader like Adobe Reader to complete.

Massey require passport-quality electronic photos to produce ID cards. The photo must have been taken in the last 6 months. Once you have completed the Staff, Friend or Distinguished Friend application form, save it and attach it to an email which is to be sent to idcards@massey.ac.nz Follow the instruction located on the application forms.
