Massey University provides both academic and professional managers and staff with professional and personal effectiveness development opportunities through internal and external providers. In the first instance individuals should discuss their development needs with their manager. These needs can be identified as part of the induction process and/or as part of the performance review and planning process.
A range of seminars and workshops are offered as advertised in the development calendar.
People and Organisational Development are able to administer assessment tools for use in individual and team situations and/or customised consultancy can be offered to managers and teams on request to help build individual and collective capability.
ITS provides access to workshops and self-paced training in a number of computer applications. Details of these can be found on the ITS training pages.
Massey University is committed to providing an exceptional and distinctive learning experience for all students.
