Over the course of your employment with Massey, along with your employment agreement and job description there are a number of policies and procedures as well as other documents that highlight the Massey’s expectations in relation to your behaviour and performance.
The Road to 2025 gives strategic direction on how Massey will be acknowledged as New Zealand's defining University and as a world centre of tertiary learning by the year 2025.

The Policy on Staff Conduct sets behavioural expectations for our staff and requires staff to read and understand The Policy Guide, procedures, rules and regulations relevant to employment. The Policy Guide, gives details on how Massey manages its responsibilities to eliminate barriers and inequality in employment.
Be sure to familiarise yourself with these documents and ensure you have an understanding of what behaviours and performance standards are expected of you here at Massey. Failure to meet these expectations, or a breach of them, may lead to disciplinary action.
