Payroll deadlines and pay dates are available for salaried and wages staff.
While at all times Massey will ensure you receive at least the minimum legal entitlement for leave, in many cases, depending on your employment agreement, your leave entitlements may be greater than the legal minimum.
Benefits are available to Massey staff such as superannuation, EAP, Southern Cross healthcare and eye test contributions as well as discounts with selected suppliers.
There are a number of collective and individual employment agreements that are currently available at Massey.
An annual salary review process is available for most staff, with eligibility depending on your employment agreement and your current position within your grade.
