Online timesheet submission and processing for casual staff

Online timesheets submission and processing is now available for casual staff in MyHR.

Our early adopters have confirmed that the system is considerably improving the time it takes to check and approve timesheets, and the system is proving to be adaptable to meet a variety of local departments requirements:

We are now asking that departments who are now using paper timesheets to now prepare for this change, by attending workshops and giving consideration to how and when they will deploy in their area.

Dates for training and workshops are advertised below:

Training powerpoint presentations and user guides for casual staff,  managers and timesheet approvers are also available below:

Training Workshops

To prepare for the implementation of online timesheets, it is compulsory to attend a workshop on position management concepts, as this underpins not only online timesheets but a number of projects within our HRIS programme to e-enable HR processes.

Departments will also have the opportunity to review the reporting relations in their area, and an overview of the system will be provided.

Attendance at the system training is optional, and a number of departments are finding the power point presentations are adequate to start to implement in their areas:

If you wish to attend the system training, we will need to have the timesheet approval information collected and recorded in the HR system prior to the training.

To register

Using this link :  HRHelpdesk, (the correct subject line will pre-populate), please send an email to the confirming the names of those attending and the dates and workshop name:
