Manawatu Campus Event Application Form - Stage 1

If you would like to run an event on Massey University's Manawatu Campus please complete the following Stage 1 Event Application Form for approval in principle.

  • This should be submitted at least eight weeks prior to the proposed event date.
  • Once approval in principle has been granted you will be sent the Stage 2 Event Application Form for completion.
  • Completion of the Stage 2 Event Application Form is undertaken to ensure that all events are compliant in the areas of Security and Health & Safety and that they fulfil the requirements of the Campus Registrar's office.
  • Depending on the nature of your proposed event, you may be required to also complete a Massey University Venue Hire Contract and charges may apply.
