Event Application Form - Manawatu Campus

If you would like to run an event on Massey University's Manawatu Campus please complete the following Stage 1 Event Application Form for approval in principle. This should be submitted at least eight weeks prior to the proposed event date. Once approval in principle has been granted you will be sent the Stage 2 Event Application Form for completion.

Completion of the Stage 2 Event Application Form is undertaken to ensure that all events are compliant in the areas of Security and Health & Safety and that they fulfil the requirements of the Campus Registrar's office.

Depending on the nature of your proposed event, you may be required to also complete a Massey University Venue Hire Contract and charges may apply.
