We aim to provide a happy and memorable experience for students living in our accommodation villages.

We work hard at looking after our tenants throughout their time with us, while still giving them an independent living experience.

We have a dedicated team of Residential Assistants (RA's) and a Community Manager, who are here to help you settle in, assist with any issues relating to your accommodation and well-being. There will always be someone on duty that is available to assist you.

The student accommodation offered here at Massey University, Albany, is situated off, but close to campus. We have units which are Property Managed by Buildcorp Management Ltd working in partnership with Massey University, who have a team of Accommodation staff responsible for establishing the guidelines for living and offering support to the residents.

Students are required to organise their own meals and pay bills. This type of accommodatioon gives our students a good mix - you get the independence of a unit plus support from residential accommodation staff as and when you need it.  It is a smaller and more intimate living environment with people your own age.

Students have their own bedrooms and share communal areas such as kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms and laundry.

Being a student and living in student accommodation you will be invited to many activities and events throughout the year and we encourage you to get involved as it is one of the best ways of making friends as well as getting to know the people living around you. It will also enhance your experience at Massey University.
