The Residential Team, who live on-site, assist with planning programs and activities that provide residents an opportunity to meet and hang out. During your time at 222 Willis you will meet a range of interesting and diverse people. You will encounter people whose course of study, background and values are different from your own. This is all part of the experience of moving to a new place and of community living. We ask that you keep an open mind and treat those around you with respect and get involved in all aspects of life at 222 Willis.

The 2018 rental rates include reasonable usage of power. This is a generous level of power, determined by the usage of prior occupants.
Please be aware that Studylink assistance will not begin in time to pay the initial accommodation payment.
Students must pay a bond of $500. This is returned to you in full after the end of your Residential Agreement if there are no damage charges and no additional cleaning required in your apartment, bedroom or common areas, or rent arrears.
The activity fee is a levy used to provide a variety of events and activities for students throughout the year. All events and activities endeavour to be inclusive of all residents and we love to hear the residents suggestions for events.
