Living in a residential hall can be a great way to meet new friends and support each other while learning new life skills.
To receive a place in our halls, you must complete the four steps below.

All offers require the payment of a deposit and subsequent payment of accommodation fees. Offers are secure only when payments are made by the due date. All amounts are per person.
Most amounts above are fully refundable if withdrawal is received by (TBA when NCEA results date is known) Jan 2018 in writing.
What you should know
The Residential Agreement requires students to have an insurance policy for their contents. Some policies cover the belongings of a student as part of their parents' policy. If this is not the case in your situation, please arrange coverage for your contents yourself.
In addition, liability insurance is also a good idea in case you unintentionally damage the building, as you will be responsible for the $1,000 insurance excess of any claim.
