Please download the .pdf to view our 2019 pricing.

All offers require the payment of a deposit and subsequent payment of accommodation fees. Offers are secure only when payments are made by the due date. All amounts are per person.

Most amounts above are fully refundable if withdrawal is received by (TBA when NCEA results date is known) Jan 2018 in writing.

What you should know

  • StudyLink assistance will not begin in time to pay the initial accommodation payment.
  • The Residential Agreement is for a 42 week period from 17/02/2019 to 8/12/2019, for all residents.
NB: Some programmes are shorter than these dates, but the 42 week charge will apply should you check out early.
  • Different rates apply for single-semester tenancies.
  • Additional costs including power, internet and insurance are included on the Cube hall and Kāinga Rua hall pages.

Insurance

The Residential Agreement requires students to have an insurance policy for their contents. Some policies cover the belongings of a student as part of their parents' policy. If this is not the case in your situation, please arrange coverage for your contents yourself.

In addition, liability insurance is also a good idea in case you unintentionally damage the building, as you will be responsible for the $1,000 insurance excess of any claim.
