Security and Maintenance

We aim to provide a safe and secure environment at The Cube. We employ security services, and have a Massey staff member on call 24/7. All of our entrances and secured with swipe card access, and the areas around the building are well lit. Both apartment and bedroom doors are lockable.

After hours, students can call the Residential Assistant on duty if they are locked out. Lost keys do need to be reported to the office immediately for security purposes, and there is a significant charge to replace these.

Residential staff work hard to keep the building at the best possible standard.  Wear and tear issues as well as breakdowns should be reported immediately to the office. Instances of damages caused by tenants and vandalism will be dealt with individually.
